Western States Carpenters’ Career Connections program brings cutting-edge technical education and a pathway to a middle-class career to schools in the Western States through our innovative hands-on pre-apprenticeship program.
The Career Connections Program works in partnership with educators to provide students with a practical STEM education taught by skilled instructors. With over 2,500 students in 70+ programs across Southern California, Nevada, Arizona, New Mexico, Colorado and Utah, our graduates have gone on to earn six figure salaries as Union Carpenters.

Why Bring Career Connections to Your School?
Whether Career Connections graduates go on to college to earn a four-year degree or choose to start working right after high school, the program helps them get a head start on a rewarding career. All Career Connections graduates are given entry to our debt-free apprenticeship program. And certified Career Connections students may also receive dual enrollment credit through a college articulated program.
