SWRCC Leadership, civic leaders from six cities in the San Gabriel Valley: El Monte, Covina, Monterey Park, La Puente, Whittier, Alhambra, and Trustees from the Rio Hondo Community College Board will talk about a variety of issues that affects the quality of life for San Gabriel Valley residents.
