Help is available for Southwest Carpenters and their family members

Life can be stressful, especially these days. Whether it’s personal, family or work challenges, we understand that addressing these concerns while managing your mental health can be difficult. This is why the Southwest Carpenters Health and Welfare Plan Trustees approved offering an employee assistance program, available 24/7, for you and the family members who reside with you.

The ComPsych Carpenters Assistance Program (CCAP) is a free and confidential service that helps you address personal challenges, support positive change, and improve your well-being. The services offered on ComPsych cover topics ranging from emotional and relationship to financial, legal and substance abuse.

With ComPsych financial planners, mental health professionals, legal experts, and more are at the ready to help you.
