Billie Jo White is a proud Union Millwright. With what began as a life of hard knocks, became a lifetime of resilience, strength and hope for Billie Jo that transcends recovery and embraces triumph.
Billie Jo has been a Millwright for more than eleven years. She saw a commercial on TV for a welding school, and without any prior construction experience, she enrolled. To her surprise, she graduated with honors and soon after joined Southwest Carpenters.
Billie Jo’s life has taken many twists and turns from darkness into the light, and she shares her story in the video above. She hopes hearing her story will inspire others looking for a second chance to look into our Union because Southwest Carpenters is the best kept secret.
