Being a Union Carpenter often goes beyond the jobsite. Our Brothers and Sisters put boots on the ground to demonstrate that they take pride and are invested in the growth and prosperity of their community.
The Carpenters Union Participation Program, also referred to as CUPP, provides members the opportunity to leverage their skills to make a difference in people’s lives. Besides making the Union and our communities stronger, CUPP provides many benefits to members and their families.
