Local 909 Hosts Event with Community Organizations to Encourage Pre-Apprenticeship Partnerships.
SWMSRCC presented a Pathways to Apprenticeship program to community organizations from across the Inland Empire at Local 909 in Ontario. Participants included:
- No More Locked Doors
- San Bernardino County Workforce Development Board
- San Bernardino Department of Rehabilitation
- Starting Over, Inc
- Operation New Hope Youth Opportunity Centers

After the presentation, the group toured the Ontario Training Center. This event was produced with the goal of creating a Pre-Apprenticeship program that benefits disadvantaged people in the Inland Empire.
