SWMSRCC Top Three: November 14th

Here is the SWMSRCC Top Three for the Week of November 14th.

Electeds Have a Reason to Celebrate

Election season is coming to a close and congratulations are in order for Arizona and Nevada Carpenter-endorsed senatorial candidates! Mark Kelly & Catherine Cortez Masto were victorious in retaining their seats in the Senate. Vice President Frank Hawk joined Cortez Masto during her victory conference, while Local 1912 Carpenters joined Senator Kelly at his victory announcements this past week.

Toy Drives

The season of giving is fast approaching and Locals across the Southwest Mountain States are beginning to collect unwrapped toy donations for the holidays. The toys being collected will be given to children in need, donated to schools, hospitals, and charitable organizations. Check with your Local or Women’s Auxiliary for more information on their Toy Drive drop-off locations.

It’s National Apprenticeship Week

Build a better future by exploring the career opportunities that apprenticeships offer. National Apprenticeship Week is the perfect time to get informed about career possibilities in the Trades.
