Local 213 CUPP Appreciation Picnic 

Dozens of Local 213 Carpenters and their families gathered for the CUPP Appreciation Picnic at Bonelli Park. This event was organized to recognize and thank those members that participated in CUPP opportunities. Construction Job Openings Increase 68k Nationwide 

According to recent Bureau of Labor Statistics data, the U.S. construction industry recorded 383,000 unfilled jobs in April which is an increase of 68,000 from the previous month. Get Ready for Build Better 2.0 

We are 1 week away from seeing a new group of Union Carpenters represent our Council in a new advertising campaign. The second installment of the Build Better campaign will include a mix of online and out of home advertising meant to connect perspective members and contractors to opportunities with the Union. Solidarity Day 2023 attendees received a preview of the campaign that is comprised of twelve members from 8 Locals. Stay tuned to see the Build Better campaign when it goes live.
