A new study finds that Union jobs sites are safer than non-union job sites.
A new study by the Institute for Work and Health in Toronto found that that lost-time injury claims were 31% lower on Union construction jobs than non-Union jobs. The study analyzed data from 50,000 companies representing 1.7 million workers in the Industrial, Commercial, and Institutional sectors from 2012-2018.
