SWMSRCC TOP THREE: WEEK OF JANUARY 3

Here is the SWMSRCC Top Three for the week of January 3rd.

It’s a new year and the SWMSRCC is welcoming a new leadership for 2022.

As former EST Dan Langford was appointed Western District Vice President of the UBC, a new EST, President, and Vice President were appointed at the Southwest Regional Council of Carpenters.

Pete Rodriguez is Executive Secretary-Treasurer and CEO. 

Pete joined the Union in 1996 by a recommendation of his father, a Laborer, and he specialized in Heavy/Highway, Bridge Carpentry. Pete has risen through the ranks of the SWMSRCC; from Team Coordinator with Quad C, to Local Delegate, Trustee, President, and now EST.

Frank Hawk has been appointed President.

Frank has spent 36 years in the trade. Before becoming Vice President of the SWMSRCC, Frank served as Trustee to the Southwest Carpenters Trust, Chairman of Negotiating Committees in five states and has been elected six times as Delegate to the General Convention.

Sean Hartranft has been appointed Vice President.

Sean has been a member of Southwest Carpenters for 15 years.  He began his career as a Heavy/Highway, Bridge Carpenter. He became staff as a Representative and went on to become Team Lead of Local 909, Regional Manager of Locals 909, 619, and 951, and Executive Board Member.  Sean has also served as a Delegate.
