San Diego Padres Local 619 Carpenter Day!
The San Diego Padres welcomed Carpenters from Local 619 to Sunday’s game against the Atlanta Braves. 750 tickets were sold to watch the Padres take on the team from the Southeast. In the end the Braves beat the Padres 4 to 3, but it didn’t dampen the spirit of Local 619 Carpenters. EST Langford was at the game and also on the Jumbotron.
Tough As Nails Season 3 Starts Next Week
The third season is Tough As Nails premieres next Wednesday, October 6th at 9:00PM/8:00PM CT on CBS. This new season features Local 714 Union Carpenter, Lamar Hanger. Local 714 will be hosting a Watch Party with Lamar, his family, and his Union brothers and sisters. There will be a pre-show and post-show Q&A with Lamar streamed on Facebook. ITC Hosts First In-Person Third Year Since the Pandemic
85 fully vaccinated members of the Southwest attended the first member driven program at the ITC after 2 years. This program was Western District specific hosting members from the SWMSRCC, Northern California and the Pacific Northwest. The 3rd Year Program at the ITC is one many members look forward to attending. The next 3rd Year session in from December 2-5. Make sure you are fully vaccinated, so you do not miss out on this once in an apprenticeship opportunity.
