Local 1977 member, Eddie Willmott is a Veteran of the Marine Corp. Eddie is Chair of the Veterans Committee at Local 1977. He is also a member of the BOSS Committee. Eddie served as an active Marine for 4 years.
Eddie is currently working for MJ Dean on the new Resorts World resort and casino in Las Vegas.
Eddie regularly volunteers for Share Village Las Vegas (formerly Veterans Village). Share Village is dedicated to the creation and development of affordable housing for Veterans.
He helped to build Share Village #2 – a new collection of housing made from repurposed shipping containers. This new village has helped to introduce a new tool to combat the problem of homeless Veterans in and around Las Vegas.
