Wage Theft News

Last week, the State of California announced it will be investing $18 Million to prosecute cases of Wage Theft. The funds are destined to launch the Workers’ Rights Enforcement Grant, a funding source available to cover the cost of eligible public prosecutors to develop a wage theft enforcement program in the state of California. We look forward to the positive impact that these funds will have on the persecution of Wage Theft cases within the construction industry.

Local 951 Graduation

This weekend Local 951 celebrated their first Journeyman graduation of the year. Families gathered to celebrate their loved ones crossing the stage and completing their Apprenticeship journey as Carpenters. The graduates, who have dedicated themselves to honing their craft and mastering the skills required in their trade, are now ready to embark on the next chapter of their professional lives as Journeymen.
